Meet Anna Bergstrom
Om Labs Founder |
Wellness Coach, Yogi & Mindfulness Instructor
Anna is a wellness coach (NBHWC certification in progress), mindfulness instructor and RYT200 yoga teacher. She founded Om Labs after spending nearly 15 years in professional services, including nearly 7 years in consulting at Accenture. Over time, she realized that she was living a life that wasn’t aligned to her core values of integrity, authenticity and kindness. And, she was stressed to the max, burned out, and grappling with chronic health conditions like depression, anxiety, autoimmune dysfunction, and addiction.
Determined to make positive, lasting changes that brought her closer to living a live she loved, Anna made the difficult choice to walk away from a successful business career. She used a combination of therapy, yoga, meditation, and nutrition-based remedies to rekindle her health and re-connect to her purpose. Today, Anna helps others who are similarly searching for the tools to live a more intentional life through the Om Labs platform.
